I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
I know a guy with a 13-54e converted to a manual shift, using a mix of 13-50m and 13-54e internals and machining the 13-54 e-shift case. I built that about 6 years ago. Stuff really gets mixed over the years!

I have 2 13-50 STX fixed yoke cases, if your interested.

A front shaft from a 90 to 93 should fit the bill. The 1350 case still came behind 2.9 and 2.3 engines on the 4x4s but they had the D-35. That will give you the shaft length you need.

Also, I know where to find a few 1354M's.
Where do you know of?

Does a factory 1354E have a fixed yolk?

Yes.

The one on the left is a 13-50 STX, the one on the right is a 13-54. E-shift or manual doesnt change the front output.

MAybe once Iget my hubs the rest of the way sorted out, I can start looking for a manual 1350 STX... Then it would be closer to a direct swap. Are the 1350 STX and 1354 E u-joints different sizes?

A 13-54m would be a direct swap.
The STX case does have a smaller u-joint, IIRC.

I've got 2 of them, when you start looking. (And the parts to build a 3rd.)
