Figured this works as a tool... it is ridiculously handy.

I've used this throughout college, and while I wrenched in the shop. By far the best software I've stumbled upon when it comes to information on YOUR vehicle. Alldata is by far more detailed than what you can find in ANY chilton/haynes books, although it comes at a bit of a higher cost. But, for the convenience and detail you get out of it, the extra few bucks is well worth it.

Pricing goes as follows: 26.95 a year for ONE vehicle. OR, 44.95 for a 5 year subscription. The benefit of the 5 year subscription is that should you sell your vehicle, you are allowed to transfer your subscription to a different vehicle too, but only ONCE.

Check it out, you can test drive AllData for free, we'll assume your vehicle is a 2001 Ford Escort ZX2 - L4-2.0L DOHC VIN 3:
