Alright, my Bronco II is coming together i still have a problem though gas mileage; i havent done any calculations but i estimate it around 6 mpg right now, not good im down to 1/8th tank after about 120 miles from a full tank, no bueno. there are no known problems at this point so what could it be im running b12 through along with some lucas oil so that should help a bit but not gonna give me back 11 more mpg what is the problem?

Your estimate is useless. Do the calculations. The gas gauge is probably a ways off, even if it isn't, you cannot rely on a gas gauge for figuring out MPG.

I think that is a new scientific study to calculate MPG!

Seriously do the math OP.

I bet your gas gauge is bunk. I haven't driven a bronco ii that has a working gas gauge.

Go fill the tank right now. If it takes any less than 15 gallons your fuel level sender is shot. You absolutely cannot figure MPG by using the gas gauge. That's the same as using your hand as a thermometer. It gets you a general idea, but it doesn't tell you the exact temp.
