Truck looks good already. Should look even better with that axle underneath it.

Check escort_gts and danger rangers builds. they both post on my build thread, so u can find em there.
they have a lot of good info and pics. they went with ironman adjustable long arms.
what axle u plan to use?

i would say u need to eliminate the susp crossmember and coil buckets first and then start building it as the TTB/torsion bar frames.
first build a straight frame. then get the coil buckets u need and the long arms u choose.

a quick parts list would be:
coils
coil buckets
steering links
steering box
arms
material to build new crossmembers
track bar
material to reinforce/build a straight frame
a shit ton of bolts and nuts LOL

I got a 93 wrangler dana 30 axle with leaf springs, all tie rods steering components etc and even the pitman arm and a steering box, it was basically everything cuz they just cut it all of the frame. so i was gonna use leaf spring set up. they are the cheapest to replace, fix, upgrade, etc and it seems like the easiest to install, what do you think?

Why u think i decided on leafs as soon i went under the truck and checked my frame? :D

Ill even leave the coil buckets as they are. no need to mess with them for the leafs.
just cut the crossmember, reinforce, and build in your hangers.
and build a plate to mount your new steering box.
id leave the steering for last so u can mount it with the axle and susp done, and get the best angle position for your steering links.

theres another leaf sprung thread with simple and good pics. on the other axles section. its called ny dana30 swap or some like that.
original poster is erikm

Remember that it wont be an easy affair.
there will be lines that will need new fittings and such.
the newer pump wont have matching fittings on the lines for the jeep box. or the brakes.

Also if i recall correctly, your truck has 4 wheel ABS. so idk how u gonna work that one out.

I would start with the transmission so u get time to gather more parts and info for the axle part.

u should start by gettin a 4wd trans and driveshaft that fits your truck.
there u must decide if ur going electric or manual transfercase.
what engine and trans type u have?
