The armrest/door pull (vinyl and foam covered piece) has broken on my Ranger I have not been able to find a replacement. What have you done to fix the handle? At this point I'm about ready to cut a piece of 2x4 and screw it to the trim panel.

Fiberglass, tape it off, fill it, shape it, paint it.

On second thought, wood wont be so bad, go to home depot, get your some ASh or Cherry and cut it out, sand it, route it, stain it. I bet a wood grain handmade would be awesome.

Go to the wrecking yard. I found one for my friends 90 extended cab. I am going next weekend I could pick one up for you and ship it if you want. Just tell me the color you need and what cab you have.
