Hey everyone, got an 86 b2. SASd linked all the goodies up front but the rear has some nice wore out stock f150 leafs a stock lift block and bell tech shackles (its a tall rig). Anyways the front flexes like nuts but the rear could definitely use some extra articulation. My shackle angle right now while not awful, is not that great. I’d say it’s like a 20* angle. I’ve read up on boomerang shackles and people have said they help with articulation, but to me it seems they would offer no benefit beside helping to prevent shackle inversion if you had front leafs.
Just curious if anyone on here has ran Cherokee boomerang shackles and what your thoughts were and if they improve flex and ride quality before I go and move the mounts for the shackles. I was thinking about getting some xj shackle relocation brackets and making them work on the bronco.
Thanks for the input
