Here's my list:
Trans
Clutch pedal
Master
Slave
Hydro lines
Clutch
Flywheel
Pressure plate
Manual computer
Manual harness
Neutral switch attached to master cylinder pushrod
Shifter
Shifter cover and all that

In my opinion its not worth doing the swap its pretty involved and the wirings a bit tricky. There's a solid wirte up on explorerforum

I am working on the same thing as we speak. It is a chore, however for me it is a labor of love.

Keith's list is pretty good, you have to look under the dash to see which interlock switch will fit, the plug is right there by the park brake.
There should be a tag on the trans that tells what it is. The FM145 I installed has the clutch slave fittings on the top of the bell housing. The FM146 has it on the side with the quick connect.

I am at the rebuild stage where every thing is going back in. Hopefully this week I will be able to fire the engine to see if we are in business.
