i am doing a 4inch lift and 1 1/2 body lift on my 87 ranger reg cab. i wanna run 285/75/16's. i know they will clear. only problem the 16's i found have a 4.250 or 5 inch back spacing that are 8 inch wide and the 16x7's are 4 inch back spacing. i would like to run a 16x8 to get the tire to fit better on the rim. is 4.250 too much back spacing? tryin to keep the cost down and buy steel rims not alum. so thats what i can find at summit racing witch is 30 min from my house.
