Originally bought it for parts.but after putting a battery in it it runs pretty good.
So with that, it has 5in lift(half assed) on it all ready, price was right and I've been wanting something to wheel and camp out of I decided to build it.
Day I hought it

Had to fill 75 7/8 holes in the floor.

Reinsulate and cover the floor

And reweld a section of the roof back in over the drivers compartment.

Add longer braklines.
Reinstall rear seats , belts and all mounting studs
New muffler
Installed the 33s off my samurai.
Installed manual hubs
Built front bumper.

Eventually have the seats recovered.

Wondering what you all are doing for rear shock mounts?

The axle has been sprung over.I'm waiting for new perches and doing a U bolt swap..doing so I'm loosing the lower mount. When I try to get a idea where the lower mount should be I can feel the upper factory mount bind.

So I'm looking for ideas.pics of your setups would help.
I'm on a time crunch.I need to drive it out of town for work in little over a week
