When was the last oil change? Mine does it when it's about due. Also these things are pretty known for it. At least that's what I'm told.

Did you change the oil though? You should really flush it with a few cheap oil changes after its gotten some antifreeze in it

Could it be the valves i heard if you dont put the springs back were you took them from it will make the motor tick because i changed the injectors and it still ticks but when i drive it it stops ticking but when i shut it off and turn it back on it ticks

These things are natorious for ticking rocker arms. The tubes get plugged with gunk or the oil passage off the cam journal gets restricted. Clean oil is a good idea. My guess would be if you just put head gaskets on that the rocker arms are not adjusted properly or removing the head knocked some sludge loose in the rocker tube restricting it. You can take the plugs out of the end and clean it. My first guess would be rocker arm adjustment. Off hand I cant remember the specs but a search here should reveal a post.
