Driveshafts
- 33x12.50 Super Swamper TSL
Suspension:
- Rear - 6-inch lift, blocks and extra leafs
- Front - 6-inch lift, custom leaf spring conversion
Body:
- Home-made steel rocker panel guards (repeatedly tested for
durability in Moab)
- Custom full-size roof rack
- Front and rear winch mounts (no winch yet)
This rig has been very reliable through many miles of
off-road exploration and organized trail runs in California,
Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington. The next
serious upgrade will probably be a 302 engine swap (the 2.9L
has a little trouble pushing the 33's on the highway).
