1990 Ford Ranger 4x4

Hello,

This is my truck. I am a welder and fabricator and a experienced mechanic by trade. I would like to say that the only things on this truck I didnt hand build were the tires, winch and front coil springs. I even made some of the bolts myself! I take great pride in this and hope you enjoy my truck.

Specifications:

1/4 elliptical rear suspension made from the rear leaf springs off a 76 1/2 ton Ford with 3 link suspension.

Front custom made and bent radius arms for maximum travel and turning radius

Custom made and routed brake lines( I even flared them).

Front Dana 44 and ofcourse rear 9 inch stuffed with 5.14 Yukon gears

Front crossover steering with rod ends for control off road

Onboard air I made from the air conditioner unit on the truck with an in-line 100 psi cut off switch routed to the rear where I made a square tube bumper for the holding tank

Premiere Power Welder under the hood for just in case

Throttle controls in cab for hand control in the bumpy stuff

Welded front and rears ( don't believe in lockers, an experienced welder is better any day, aftermarket will make you believe other).

8000 pound rep Ramsey winch

Farm jack

I could probably think of much more but when you build every piece yourself, you can get lost in all you have done.

As you can see I have put a lot of time and thought in this truck and I hope you enjoy it.
