The Truck itself is actually a Ranger XL Explorer.  It originally came with a 2.8 v6 with a 4spd o/d auto tranny with 3.73 gears. I do not have an interior shot but the truck was ordered with factory buckets, carpet floor/back wall, velour ceiling and wood grain instrument cluster cover.

During the conversion all parts were fabricated in our garage with the exception of the exhaust.  The remote oil filter set up was a regular one purchased from Canadian High Performance and modified to suit my needs. All engine mounts, manifolds, etc were gathered up off of various Fords in the salvage yards. During the modification, the frame was not cut or notched in anyway (many people in my area with ford V8 Rangers had to notch their frames to route the exhaust).    The outer body of the Ranger is all factory except for the addition of the Lund Fastback.
