Sweet build! I'm starting my '88 X-cab project once I finish with my Civic project I am currently working on. I picked up an '87 Turbo Coupe locally and am hoping to start the initial swap work around the beginning of March.
I'd love to start it tomorrow, but 1990 Honda Civics are amazing vehicles for looking great on the outside and hiding all sorts of cancer in interesting places. Hand forming replacement sheetmetal is a slow process.
This is my first foray into the four wheeled turbo world. I've done some work on turbocharged motorcycles, so hopefully what I learned there will carry over. I am going to stick with the stock tune at first and then try and get up around the 250HP mark once I get things figured out. It'll be interesting since this is going to be used as a truck and not a sporty type of vehicle. Hopefully it will haul my camper and tow my tandem axle car hauler without self destructing!
