btw i was looking at your cardomain page and saw your 6x9 adapter things u made.. howd ya do it? im looking at doing something similar
oo yeah well i did the measurement on a cardboard to know how much space the speakers need, then i got some tablet carton, its like 1/2" and cutted it out, then i got the speaker enclosure fabric i had laying around too from a previous box and wrapped them :D i bolted the adapter on the OEM bolt locations and then i bolted the speaker to the adapter.
hope it helps:icon_thumby:

i like the underbody lights.. alot. wasn't sure if it would look stupid on a truck or not.. i just like it for show.

got a link for that?

also, i checked out superbrightleds.com...

they have really reasonable prices, i'm looking for some LEDs to go underneath my dash like generalxlee. anybody know if red would look good in my interior? i have a red interior already....also what's the difference between warm and cool white?
i have these from superbright.. and they are soo cool and you can get them in most colors too. i got 2 for like 25 shipped goood deal imo really easy to put in too

i took out the ash tray and used the plug going to the cigarette lighter and the little light illuminating the ash tray, if you want them to come on with your head lights, i did this at first, splice the power wire to the light, if you want to put the lights on a switch, splice the power wire to the cigarette lighter and put a switch between that and the light., they are only 1w a piece so its not drawing much current to affect operation of the lighter i put the switch here..

ok so i put in my LED's today, in our gen 3 clusters there are 17 bulbs total... 5 of which are illumination bulbs, the other 12 are indicator lights i.e. the 4hi 4lo, check engine....
there is 1 bulb in the HVAC control

so to replace EVERY one in your cluter and hvac you will need 18 194 Wedge base bulbs

so only 6 are needed for the illumination of the cluster and hvac....

hope those numbers help everybody...

those look really nice.... i am still wondering if i should get red to see if it would match up nicely with my red interior, or if i should just get white...?

what about a gen 1? anybody know the number of bulbs in total for a gen 1?

Grille lights

Sub lights
seen these before, but forgot about them. look really nice, wondering where you got the grille lights, and where you screwed them in?

and the sub lights are just hooked up to the positive and negative outputs on your amplifier, correct? so that they go with the beat of the music?
