1986 4x4 ranger V8 swap

Hey everyone, I bought a 1986 ranger with a 2.9. I have a 302 with a c4 and a T case. All I'm wondering is if it'll fit without moving the radiator forward or cutting out the firewall. The 2.9 is a small engine and just want more power, anyone have any advice??

86 ranger has a 2.8 or 2.3.

86 was first year for the 2.9.

IIRC (ive never done it) it fits without firewall mods or moving radiator...but if its an AC truck the heater box gets in the way
