1996 fuel rail upgrade

I read somewhere that the 1996 up 4.0 fuel injector rail is an upgrade for the 90 to 95 rail?Can anyone confirm this and why?I can get these fairly cheap and since I have my 94 apart I could add this if it has an actual benefit.
