so the right axle is not staying in the snout. the cir clip is still on the shaft isint that suposed to keep it from sliding back in? and are the hubs diffrent from left to right? check out these pic and let me know what you think. thank you

No the circlip holds the washers.
The washers are larger diameter, they hold the axle in the spindle.

You lost some parts :)

haha the guy i bought it from said the wheelbearings went out and he had to have the spindle replaced he had it fixed at pep boys lol so my only problem now is i cant seam to slide the shaft out far enough to get the cir clip off of the shaft and the left hub is diffrent than the right any ideas?

pull the rotor and bearings off the spindle, remove the 5 nuts, remove the spindle tube, and remove your clip.
you should replace the axle neddle bearings when your there.

If the axle shaft won't come out far enough, check that there isn't an extra shim around the bottom of the stub axle behind the spindle.

Yes, you are missing the splined washer (a.k.a spacer) that goes over the end of the shaft before you put the clip on.
