i have done a lot of searching and can't seem to find a solid answer or not. Will the stock flares from a 2008 Ranger fit on my 1995? I can figure out how to mount them, I am just wondering if the box/fender shape is essentially the same? Thanks!

rear yes, front not sure off because the 93-97 have different front fenders than the 98-current, so it may or may not work

Ok, rears will work.

Just need to know if they changed the shape that much in '98 that the front flares wouldn't work.

Anyone with some solid info? I have searched and searched and stared at pics but can't be sure enough to just buy them....

i think you might just have to trim the front, right around the headlight/bumper area

98 + fenders are the same. I gave a set of factory flares from my 94 to a co worker to install on his 98 & they fit perfectly with out any triming ,so im sure that 2008 flares should fit onto your 95

OKAY....

93-05 flares have the same fender holes. So all those flares are interchangeable. The 06+ flares are on a bigger radius set of holes, so the only way to fit 'em is either drill or use 3M tape.

The only difference between gen3 and gen4 fenders is the top that meets the hood and the front that meets the grille and corner light. Wheel lip openings are the same.

Sweet deal. Thanks for all the info guys. Just picked up a set from an '08 (with the fake bolts) for $80. One rear one has a small crack. Can these be plastic welded or does anyone have any suggestions on how to repair them?

Yes they will work... i just installed 2001 flares on my 1993. hence, 1998-2008 flares are the same due to the clips, and where they are placed. You are going to have to drill the metal tabs off of yours. And some new holes have to be drilled for the new ones to clip on.....some of the pre-existing holes match up. Essentially all you have to do is line the holes up that match, and mark for the new ones, and drill them.
