Can anyone tell me if there is a specific link to see a video of an actual carrier bearing replacement on a 1990 Ranger 4 x 4? I have searched and searched and just can't seem to come up with any for the exact year I have. Most videos on finding our for 93 or newer. Do I need to remove both drive shafts in order to replace the carrier bearing?

Thank you in advance for anyone that can steer me in the right direction.

Yeah, you will have to remove and take them apart to get the new bearing on.
I would look heavily at a one piece swap, much better...

98 and newer, may be a cut off year for the swap... not sure.
But you need one from a 4x4 and the same as your cab and trans... auto get one from an auto, manual get one from a manual.
Same with cab, if regular cab get one from a regular cab, if ext cab get one from an extended cab.
