it would seem logical that the banner should go "up" from colorado, and into wyoming so that it can then either cross from wyoming into either utah (evanston is a 60 minute drive from salt lake) or into idaho, and then into utah 
but it will likely have to go from here to wyoming if it comes here first right?

I can run it across the boarder and take a picture in evanston. That way we can say it went to wyomingAccording to the Banner map, there isn't anyone in WY
