Well after poking around under my trusty old 94 Ranger I found some terminal rot and rust. I just finished installing a 2.3T and I was pretty excited about it until I found the bottom of the cab looked like swiss cheese, the core support was about as solid as a wet paper bag and multiple other issues. At this point I deemed it was no longer safe to drive (I'm a mechanic and I'll drive vehicles that most people would be scared to sit near let alone drive...). After some poking through the foggy portions of my brain, I remembered one of my wife's coworkers had a Ranger for sale. So I called him and now I'm the proud owner of a 96 extended cab with a 3.0 and an automatic. The body is mint and all the accesories are perfect! It has air, cruise, power windows, power locks and all the goodies that make me say "I like this". It only has 122 Km's on it. The only bad thing is that it needs a head gasket. But for 1000 bucks that's plenty cheap!
