Most kits come/came with bumper relocation brackets.
The kit brackets are flimsy as all hell and it only takes a slight tap into a fence to tweak it.
A lot of people leave the rear for towing/bumper purposes. There's some pics floating around TRS of people using diamond plate to make the gap look decent.... Decent....
With an angle grinder, a drill, and some plate you could make some brackets to move your bumper(s) to the desired height.
I'd go with some pretty thick plate, like, 3/8th but I like to go over the top on most little things.
I've still got my rear bumper brackets from a 3" BL on my 00. They're yours if some one can chime in on if they'll work on a 92. (All I'm asking is shipping and the cost of a pack of smokes)
I can also post up some pictures of the brackets if that'd help you out.
