Anyone know if a 1995 CAI for a 4.0 explorer will work on a 91? For some reason I dont see any of these for 91-94?

Cold air intakes don't do anything. At all. Putting more air into your engine isn't going to magically give you more horsepower. You need forced induction and a reprogrammed computer to gain horsepower. Just search it on this site.

Yep, pretty much, Unless you've added a cam, headers, or forced induction, and had the computer tuned to account for the change, it's not going to make one bit of difference. I've got a Cone filter on the factory intake tube on my 4.0 swap but it was added because I didn't have a place for a factory airbox as I have a battery there, I didn't expect a gain and I didn't get anything other than a bit of noise.
