im puting in a cb to my truck but i dont know where i want to mount it. my trucks a 99 xlt ranger and i just wanted to c were you guys put yours so please post some pics

I did have mine mounted to the ashtray under the center of the dash - but Ive just moved it to the backside of the center console.

linuxman2003 does the cb get in your way of the rear view mirror

im doing the same thing, im mounting it were the ashtray was, i dont need it cuz i dont smoke lol:derisive:

i've got mine mounted in the same place as linuxman2003 and mine blocks the top half of the mirror but if it's lifted then you just need that bottom half of the mirror. mine also has different mounting brackets than his so that probly makes a difference too
