looking at sand blasting and coating my frame on my 92. I was planning on using POR15, then self etch primer, and then base coat/clear.

Then i was thinking... how would a bedliner work, like lineX or rhino line..??? Thinking POR15 then rhino line??? How does that stuff hold up? Would it crack overtime and end up holding water? Im looking for something that will look good, easy to clean, and protect the frame.

por15 is excellent as long as you prep well first. Bedliner would be another excellent coating on top of that. whatever you do if you use por15 i would recomend putting something over it as por15 breaks down when exposed to UV rays.

I knocked the loose stuff off with a hand held wire brush then painted it down with a rust encapsulator. Then a coat of paint.
