Most second generation explorers have them.
Will 3rd gen consoles fit my 2005? Local wrecker has a few 2004 explorers with consoles. They look similar but is the mounting hardware different?

The console like mine only came in 1996-2001 explorers. And the only part that mounts with the existing hardware in the truck is the front. You have to drill the floor for the rear mounting bolts. 2002 and up explorers are completely different and nothing will fit a 98'-2011 ranger.

Explorer Sport Trac's didn't change interior through the end of the first generation (2005). So you've got a few extra years to search with those.

Forgot about those. Not all of those had full length consoles but the ones that did indeed fit a ranger but they are a bit different style than the regular explorers.
