Did you install a lift or leveling kit? If so, which brand did you go with and how much lift?

I went with a level kit. Torch 2.5 to be exact. It's done real good for me. That being said when I wear the struts out I will probably go with a full 3.5 lift kit. I would really like to fit some 305/65 or 70 r 17s. Seen one out the other day and now I have goals haha. Sits about .5 an inch higher in front than rear but i have an add a leaf for the rear just haven't got around to installing it yet.

What size tires do you have @Robertmangrum.rm ?
255/75r17s right now. They are pretty soft and wearing quick. I'm gonna remove crash bars and go 285x70x17s next round. Hopefully won't regret it at the pump haha

Ya, we have a calculator. I'm just to busy to sit and do it on my phone.....

32.10 x 10 x 17

The 285's would be 32.7x11.2x17

My credo
Its probably better to be self deprecating than self defecating.
I have a rough country 2.5" leveling kit in mine.

I was running 255/75/17s on stock wheels, and as soon as I got them installed I immideately wished I would of went with a 33" tire.

I'm now running 275/65/18s on some method wheels that have +18 offset. They rub on the front bars while reversing full lock, definitely need some aftermarket replacements for off road. Still not as tall as I would like... but I got the wheels/tires more or less brand new for 450$.. couldn't pass it up.

Like @Robertmangrum.rm I'm considering going to a full lift kit once my shocks are toast. Nothing big.. I'm 6'2 with plenty of leg and I already have to tip-toe up into my seat lol.. adding another inch front and rear would be good though. Between another inch and some 33"s I'll be a happy camper.

My mpg has been the same between sets of wheels/tires... 20.5 average (rural) thing only wants to get 15-16 while doing 70 down the turnpike though. Wouldn't be so bad if it was FLAT... but its hilly up here.

With the 1.5 wheel spacers I maybe able to fit the 285x70x17s without removing the crash bars. I've seen some people say they didn't have too but hopefully I will be finding out shortly after the first of the year

Man that's a deal noone can pass up. I've been watching the old internet for some 17 in Bronco Black Diamond steelies. I've read thatvthey are a +35 offset which would add a little more poke.

I have a Truxxx 1.5" level but it's not installed yet. I had their front and rear kit on my old Sport Trac and it's a quality product.
Installing it myself with a little help from @sgtsandman was a fail and I almost have enough spare money to pay a shop to do it and alignment.
Truxxx has 1.5", 2.5", and 3.5" strut spacers. Cost is reasonable, I paid $90.

That reminds me. What is your availability on the 8th or 29th?

Either looks okay. Window cleaning jobs in the morning. Weather might be iffy by the 29th.
