They should be 9007. And the bulbs I have are the 80,000k that are low beam only, but that's why I have the Hellas...

Brother says my truck is next. I don't think so, but it would look cool.

I would too. Cuz they are total beater piles of crap, but they wheel great.

Course, I'd get a trailer and tow it with my Mazda and it would be a trailer queen :icon_twisted:

That's funny. It will be a trailer queen. He just bought a 95 f250 w/ 7.3L and a 16' trailer for it. Lol

His toy is going to have removable bed sides, full roll cage and locked front and back. I told you he got the bug badly. Lol

I think I need to start a build thread for this. It doesn't have anything to do with this thread.

As soon as I get time to sit at the computer for more than 10 minutes I will.

Update:
I finally finished the exhaust. Been running a cat only since I replaced the transmission. I put a Full Boar muffler and the stock tailpipe. I had to run the pipe out the back because the long shackles were in the way.

I used a stainless steel band clamp.

Only cost me $10 for the clamp. All the rest of the pipe and muffler I had laying around.

Stainless steel is the way to go. The regular ones rust and freeze up in no time at all. But I have learned that putting antiseize on them helps alot.

I need some opinions. I have a spare rim shipping to me here in a few days. I need to find a way to mount the spare tire in the bed. I want it to be accessible but not take up to much space in the bed.

My credo
Fortune Favors the Brave
Maybe on the bed side? like older trucks had it.
depends on the tire size of course...

but yeah a side mounted spare would look nice. on any front corner.

You gonna rock a full size spare on it?

If I were gonna mount a 35, I'd do one of these welded or bolted to the bed laying down:

http://www.tiregate.com/bed_mount_0.shtml

Of course I would make my own as opposed to paying what TireGate is asking :icon_twisted:

Or I would fab some kind of cradle like the PreRunner guys use but put it offset and standing up up against the back window on the drivers side (to minimize any blindspots it might create).
