I searched for info on this but didn't find much. Has anyone tried this? I've got my eyes on a harley davidson F150 at the local junk yard.... Any input is appreciated.

If they are in good shape IMO I think they are worth the risk.

If they don't fit I bet you could make money off of them by reselling them, if you grabbed the rear seat you would increase the chances of selling them too. :icon_thumby:

yeah.

fit them up.

the older two shock setups and 70's 2wd units i have seen and worked with full width swaps.

but its easier to buy from ruffstuff and places like that then to remove and fit old shit.

I think we are talking about bucket seats?

At least I am anyway, HD F-150's didn't have spring buckets...

Well, the F150 seats are a couple inches wider than the ranger's. They wanted $300 for the pair of them. Not a terrible price but I'd rather get some explorer ones that bolt right up...

Good plan for that kind of money. :icon_thumby:

I was figuring on the usual $30-50 per set U-Pull-It prices...

I thought he was talking about coil buckets too. I almost responded "HDs dont have coil buckets", then I noticed it was in the interior section.
