i have had this muffler for about a year. I meant ro out it on myself but i dont ever feel like laying under the trucks to take measurements to go buy pipes and than come home and weld it all up. So i decided to try a different exhaust shop to have the muffler and new pipes put on.

Exhaust is expensive now. Even bringing my own muffler, it was 200 bucks to run the pipes out the passenger side in front of the tire. It was 200 to have one tip come out on each side, both on one side, and than 400 to have it run out the back like a full size or a sports car.

Since i didn't feel like spending that much, and i like the spare tire being safe in its stock spot, i chose out the passenger side. It also keep most of the noise on the side that the window never gets rolled down on, too. I don't mind exhaust sound, but i learned on my 79 stepside that it gets old right outside my window.

Anyways, on to the pics. The first is how it finished at the shop. The second is after i painted the pipes black. The third is the toolbox going back into the bed. Its held in eith the bed bolts going through some brackets i made last year. (Not exhaust related, but just more pics)

Put some car wax or clear coat on the passenger side rear wheel because it will darken up over time from the exhaust
The coating will make it easier to clean off
