Saturday, this 1.5 owner California-rust-free, 159k, 2002 XLT Supercab with smooth-running 2.3l 5spd beaut made a 350-mile drive home… interesting.
ABS light came on when accelerating to pass
The temp gauge decided to just languish at the bottom. After the third top-off of the tank, the low fuel warning light came on and stayed on for the remainder of the trip.
And THEN, the dome and bed lights came on as the sun went down and wouldn’t go out. The previous owner left a used black face mask on the shifter and I just covered the light..
And the washer fluid is cloggedStill happy with it! Drives like a dream. Had had a lot of recent mechanical work done to it. Has most major service and maintenance work receipts. But getting an AC recharge and safety inspection tomorrow AM.
I’ll try to take some nicer pics in the afternoon.
Cheers!
