Hey guys I have an 87 b2 2.9 v6 with auto trans, believe its the a4ld but not 100%. Anyways on my forward gears It seams to only have one. Put it in drive or overdrive and it will not shit. Have already changed out modulator and that didn't help. Even when manual shifting it never changes. Could this be something as simple as band adjustment? Any help would be appreciated as I'm going on a ride tomorrow. Thanks

Unfortunately this isn't as simple as anything. This is common A4LD failure. All you have to do is search for A4LD. Sorry, it means a new transmission. And I can say this because it's such a common problem with them. Sorry.
