Like the play on words for the name, Edge of insanity. I know. I know. I am a genius. Starting the hunt for a SVT motor today. I will settle for a 5.0 if I come across it at a good price that I cannot turn down.

I have a set of SSBC slotted and drilled rotors on the front of my truck, but you can't see 'em hiding in behind the 15" Hellcats. But boy will they bring that little truck to a halt. Great buy hoosier, I think you'll be more than pleased once you get them on the truck, just speaking from experience. lol

I gotta guy here witha built 5.0 he will sell you for around 500 +/-. You want me to ask him about it? PM, i skip threads alot. By the way he also has a couple plain jane 5.0's he will let go of a little cheaper, 350-400 I think.

I didnt realize you were looking for SVT motor, good luck I think your only 5.0 SVT option is 93 cobra and 95 models cobra, cobra r and boss. The 2000 cobra R came with a badass motor, I think it was DOHC 5.0 but I could be wrong. Honestly your prolly better off buying a 4.6 N/A of your year and finding the blower online seperate. It will most likely be cheaper too. In the bargain ads here in dandridge tehre was a 4.6 supercharged motor of some year im not sure, but there was also a twin screw unmounted avail for 950.00 Since most people pull off the eaton in favor of kenne belle and larger it will be easier to find dismounter blowers. Just a thought.

I might do the Expo swap just to keep it simple. Everyone has a 5.0 though. I wanted to do something very unique and go with the 4.6. All this is happening AFTER it is paid off though so I have plenty of time to research and develop a plan of attack.
