I might be getting a new car!

So, I might be picking up a new car soon. For $700 no less.

Its a 1990 Mazda MX6 GT. Its got the 2.2L turbo and and auto... Its fully loaded too. P/S, P/B, PL, sunroof, 4 wheel disc brakes w/ABS, and AAS. Only thing it doesn't have is 4WS, but I won't miss that. Main things it needs are pads and rotors, and basic maintenance. And no, I ain't getting rid of the Ranger.

4WS was an option on the MX6 and 626. My cousin had a 626 LX with it, the controller went bad and it started crabbing. Very weird.

Have fun, don't overheat the 2.2, and keep a close eye on the tranny. MX6/625/Probes are known for going through transmissions like crazy... I know firsthand.

In the 80s Honda offered 4 wheel steering on certain models such as the Civic.

4WS on the civic? Wow. I'll be adding a few real gauges to keep an eye on things, and the GT's have a beefier trans than the base models, just can't abuse them.

Yeah...abuse will kill anything eventually. I had a 5 speed in my Probe and was doing some sweet burnouts. Not sure what broke but it stopped very suddenly and dumped ATF all over the road.
