Hello.
I have a 1988 2.3. It was parked for a decade after a major rebuild: we changed pistons, rings, connecting rods, etc. Now I'm working on taking it back to its most glorious time and form. I am checking and testing all the sensors hoping this little truck will be able to pass the smog inspections. But I'm not an expert at all
So... is this the coolant temperature sensor?
I'm not 100% sure since Autozone shows me these two options:
Also, I could not find the air charge temp sensor nowhere 🫠. I found a video on YT of somebody saying it should be here on the intake manifold:
But another guy said there is where the knock sensor should be at.
Any help would be appreciated.
