Hi guys,
I just bought a 1988 4x4 Ford Ranger. two hours after I paid for it (cash) the clutch started making some noise. I figure some broken springs and probably need to replace clutch disc assembly, clutch cover assembly, release bearing, pilot bearing, clutch linkage assembly and probably the flywheel.
I want to know what else I could take care of while I'm lowering the transmission? will this give me clearance to remove the oil pan? seems to be leaking some oil. I'm just looking for some general ideas to take advantage of removing the transmission.
thanks in advance.
