Hi, I just make electronic my door lock and they work with a aftermarket alarm.
How Can I Wire the Motorcraft- SW7080 Switch?

I already bough a used switch with harness but there are 3 cables and my door lock only have 2 (negative and positive)

If I understand it right, you added doorlock actuators to the doors, and they are being operated by an aftermarket alarm system.

Can you post a picture of the aftermarket alarm's wiring diagram?

The added doorlock actuators will be operated by relays, and I need to know if the relays are inside the aftermarket alarm module, or separate.

and my door lock only have 2 (negative and positive)
A doorlock actuator typically has 2 wires. These rest at ground, and one will change to +12 volts positive when the locking or unlocking. Do not try to jumper +12 volts to either of the wires; they are normally grounded.
