ok, one of my best friends is in afgan right now, and im going to put a performace accessories body lift and leveling kit on his truck before he gets home. hes a great friend and im sure he'll appreciate any help! its an '06 f150 supercab 4x4. this kit right here ===> http://www.trsfabandoffroad.com/prod...mium_lifts.htmthe first one on the list.
i have a couple of questions. not so much about the lift... more of about tire size and wheel size and offset. the kit says you can fit a 35" tire.

question#1... what is the smallest sized wheel you can put on?

question#2.... is there any place that sells steel wheels like cragar? i searched summitracing.com, but they didnt list anything for an f150. but i just bought a set of cragar v-5 black steel wheels for a jeep, and he likes the look of those.... ps he doesnt like the stock steel wheels or big gawdy chrome wheels.

question#3 what width and offset wheels should i look for? again, the tire size is going to be around 35x12.50 or metric equivalant.

question#4 im pretty unfamiliar with this truck, is there anything that i should watch out for?

On the newer 6 lug F150's I think the smallest rim size you can fit on them is like a 16" rim but I think 17's look way better on them and are alot more likely to fit.

Personally I think steel wheels belong in 15" sizes with bead locks and what not. Personally I think your friend truck would look killer with a set of these

17x9 rims, with Teflon black so its not gawdy chrome, look tough feel tough alloys with a good offroad look. :icon_thumby:

Dunno if 16's fit but 17's were the smallest available from the factory.
