Delta Camshafts - they have a complete rocker kit w/ pushrods that will solve the problem of worn pushrod tips / rocker cups.

They sometimes sell these kits on ebay also.

On rockers the ones you want are the ones with a hardened insert installed.
There are several companies that offer these.
