2.3L ('02-'11) Low rpm misfire

Hello. 06 4cly manual transmission. I have a miss that comes and goes at 2000rpm and below. Replaced fuel pump .Thanks for any help. Jake.

how many miles?
does it occur at idle, part throttle, full throttle?
what do the spark plugs look like?
how is oil consumption?
has the PCV valve been changed recently?

Part throttle, can't get plugs out, little to no oil use , i haven't changed pcv. 290,000 miles
