Anyone know where there is a good step by step to rebuild the manual trans? I suppose I can call transtar. they may have an ATSG. It's getting really difficult to shift and puked black oil with tons of brass in it.

all that brass is parts of your synchros. which also explains the hard shifting.

Guh. I have the manual, somewhere. It's on one of my half dozen computers, but I can't remember which one.

I would love to find one as well, because I'm pulling mine next week to change the slave, clutch, and some seals and odd ends
