Good morning all, I’m in the process of swapping both cats on my truck (4.0 SOHC), they both threw codes and now that I have them out it’s just dust in there, no catalyst left. But my question is about the hardware. Out of the 4 bolts connecting the header flange to the inlet of the cats, only one came off still intact so I went to buy more and took the bolt with. I measured the original bolt on the tool they had there l it read 3/8-16, but after a few trips back and forth it seems like no size works. The threads on the header-to-cat studs look fine (at least to me, not too certain ), so what should I do moving forward?
