How easy is it to swap a manual mechanism into a power window door, on a 1991 Explorer?

I would think it's just a matter of drilling out the rivets holding in the mechanism and replacing it with a manual crank version. I haven't actually done it myself though.

I put a power window deal in a manual door and all it included was drilling the rivets out, pulling the window out, drilling 3 more rivets out and pulling the regulator out. Then I just bolted the new together with 1/4 inch bolts and lock nuts. Took maybe a half hour to reassemble and fish the wires through the fender. I didn't have to replace any of the tracks for the window or anything.
