Any tradesman welders or hobbyists here have experience with either of these TIG welders? I'm in the market for an AC/DC TIG and both of these Millers seem to be the best bang for the buck. Both are around the 2000 to 2500 dollar range new and come with great warranties to boot.

I can afford up to 6000 bucks, but I am also looking into aquiring a plasma cutter at the same time, so I'd like to keep the cost below 3000 if possible. Plus I really don't need a Synchrowave capable of 300+ amps to build turbo plumbing or motorcycle goodies and a home built air frame.

Any opinions?

I use synchrowaves at work and they are nice machines so i cant imagine the smaller versions being bad at all.
