Video is too noisy for me
On a dark night or in dark garage/shop
Start engine and with no lights on see if there are any arcing sparks from spark plug wires or coil pack, this makes "tick" noise as well.
On cold engine loosen and remove fan belt from crank pulley.
Put air plenum back on, bare/open intake makes too much noise
Start engine
You can run cold engine for 2 minutes without water pump.
battery light will come on
With less noise you should be able to pin point "tick" noise easier.
Ford Fuel injectors can make loud "ticks"
Once fan belt is hooked back up you can use a hose on your ear and then put the other end on each fuel injector to see if it is ticking much louder than the others.
As for the Knock, this can be an exhaust manifold leak, can make similar metallic sound as rod knock.
If you have someone put their GLOVED hand over tail pipe the sound of exhaust leak will often change.
For connecting rod knock you need to know why it makes a Knocking noise.
It knocks when it's cylinder fires because worn bearing has developed a gap between crank journal and bearing.
After compression stroke but before cylinder fires the crank/rod/piston has passed TDC, so crank has pulled rod and piston down slightly, this puts the gap at the top of the crank journal.
When cylinder fires the piston and connecting rod SLAM DOWN closing that gap and make the knock sound.
So if you were to stop the spark in that one cylinder, the knock would go away, yes engine would miss, but knock would be gone.
So start engine and with INSULATED tool/glove remove 1 spark plug wire at a time to see if Knock goes away.
Exhaust manifold knock would go away as well if that's all it is so check that first.
