I see these all the time. Granted I work less than 5 miles north of Mexico, and they bring them across. When I first saw it I did a triple take. I was like oh it's a ranger. Then holy Shiite that ranger has four doors. Then oh no wonder it's from mexico

I personally think it's ugly but I also think Ford has been missing the boat by not selling crew cab Rangers in the states. They have been making them for a loooong time. I saw one on T.V. that appeared to be a 98 or 99. Probably been making them longer than that though. Probably why Ranger sales have all but stopped but I see 10 crew cab Tacomas or Frontiers every day. I'd buy another Ranger in a heartbeat if I could get a crew but it looks like I'm gonna have to eventually go for a Tacoma, even though I work for Ford.

As long as the cab and the bed are seperate it means there is a frame under it so it's got my vote!:icon_thumby:

A few things that Ford has done that annoys me.

1. Discontinuing the NA Ranger and instead putting the ecoboost engine in the F-150 (which I think is a good idea, but that doesnt make it take the same role as a Ranger)

2. Badging that International truck as a Ranger. I've read that they are good trucks, but from what I view as a Ranger, it doesn't fit the bill.

3. Never offering any manner of a V8 Ranger for us Ranger lovers. Limited run or not.

I'm in agreeance with those that said that the International Ranger doesn'd have those distinctive Ford looks. Even though they were meant for much different markets, they could have easily carried over some F-150 style aestetics, like the sweet new headlight style. Just my opinion though.
