The newest nickname for my truck. Me and my buddy (forum member Grunizle) took a trip to Yellowstone in my truck. We left today and are staying the night in Missoula. Truck has done a great job, returning just under 18MPG to over 21 MPG during the the trip, although at these altitudes it feels like a 2.3 ranger! Here's a few pics for now.
Entering Yellowstone in the town of West YellowStone MT.

Mt Haynes

Continental divide.

Mammoth Hotsprings.

I bet you could get even more if you took the canopy off.

I'd love to go out to Yellowstone, unfortunately money prohibits that.

Canopy was just on to hold our stuff and sleep in, it's off the majority of the time.

It's really not too expnsive if you have someone to share the gas with, camp grounds are cheap, food is expensive as hell inside the park though.

Everything is expensive inside the park, they know they kind of have a monopoly on things...

We camped the first time we went, figured we wasted too much time packing and unpacking so the second time we got a cabin, which at the time wasn't too bad pricewise... and you have more than a thin nylon film between you and the wildlife.

To each his own I guess.
When I bought my Ranger I looking at Rangers, Dakotas, Nissan and Toyota pickups. Mainly Rangers and Dakotas. The Ranger fell in my lap though, so I got it.
