Greetings everyone....

I created an account on here a few days ago looking to do some research on Rangers because I am in the market for one. Well I have found one. An 05 FX4 Level II as stated above in the title. It's in impeccable condition and I can not find a flaw in it physically. It has a clean Carfax as well. Only drawback I can see is the amount of miles on it. They want $14,999 which to me seems fair because it blue books for over $18k(retail). I am just hesitant because of the miles.

So now....what would you do? Opinions appreciated.

Well that many miles means that it is likely that many/most of them were highway miles. Given everything else that you said, I would recommend that you buy it or at least, dont let the miles deter you from buying it.

Welcome to the forum! I hope we can't help you because you wont have problems!

Sweet! Just what I needed to hear! I was also thinking the same thing regarding the highway miles. No way in hell there can be that many miles in 3 years and not be.

Oh and thanks. I am usually one of the ones who needs a lot of help because I am newb when it comes to mechanical type stuff...but I am learning. I have already learned a lot working on my Bronco. The FSB forum has been a big help to me in that arena.
