I know the compatibility of models for my 91 Ranger, but I'm now looking for models of Rangers, Explorers, and Explorer Sports are compatible with my 2002 Explorer Sport Trac. I'm looking more at cosmetic body items for the exterior and interior.

I want to be able to breakdown the model years for interior and exterior parts when I go the junkyards.

Thank you in advance.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

@JohnnyO Can probably help with that. I believe he also knows of a Sport Trac forum/ group that may have that info.

99-02 Explorer Sport two-door uses the same front end sheet metal as the 01-05 Sport Trac. 98-02 four-door Explorers are pretty much mechanically identical.
There isn’t much available any more.
Couple of Facebook groups.

Been out of production for 14 years and they didn't make many of them to begin with. That's how it goes.

I owned two Sport Tracs, the second one for 13 years and 212,000 miles. Admin and major player on the ST boards and groups while I was taking a break from this place.
In this pic my 08 had about 185,000 miles on it.

Some dash parts are interchangeable from '95 up till yours at least I think but there were some redesigns even though they look the same so not everything interchanges, they made some of the changes for '98 when the colors changed slightly of the plastic

I don't remember if those had seat airbags then but if not most of the interior stuff should swap around... The wife's family had one when we first got together but I don't remember a whole lot anymore...
